We acquired a dilapidated, uninhabited one-bedroom apartment in one of London’s most desirable boroughs and, through full reconfiguration, transformed it into a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with open-plan living, a principal suite, a guest suite, an additional WC, and a private garden across approximately 1,016 sq ft. Value was created through intelligent spatial planning and high-quality specification, not market timing. The project reflects our ability to identify untapped potential in prime London assets and execute refurbishments that drive a meaningful premium to total cost. Since completion, Colville Terrace has also been operated successfully as a short-let at approximately £11,000 per month, highlighting both the strength of the finished product and its ongoing income potential.
