Claudio Rocha brings deep practical experience from across the property and construction sector, shaped by decades of hands-on involvement in development delivery. Having served as a shareholder and director within his family’s large construction and development company in Brazil, he has worked across the full lifecycle of projects, from land acquisition and planning through to build-out and completion. His experience in both Brazil and the UK gives him a valuable international perspective, alongside a strong understanding of contractor management, delivery risk, programme control, and build quality. At Rocha & Silva Group, Claudio plays a key role in translating strategy into delivery, ensuring each project is executed efficiently, commercially, and to a high standard.
