His background spans finance, accounting, and real estate investment, with senior experience in international financial institutions and private investment environments. At Rocha & Silva Group, he is responsible for the financial and governance framework behind each opportunity, helping ensure projects are carefully structured, transparently managed, and aligned with investor interests. Having managed and structured multi-million-pound property transactions, Lucas is focused on capital protection, disciplined leverage, and building long-term investor relationships through clarity, rigour, and trust.
